Home-made beer

This popular drink was not missable from our offer, but as we watch to sell drinks only with clear Hungarian traditions and not to spoil the yard's atmosphere with any compulsory advertisement, we decided to find a small brewery. We were successful, so our partner offers us this wonderful drink.

The beer itself is a bit bitter, pilsen-style beer, made by traditional technology, unpasteurized.

No chemicals, preservatives, so its warranty is only 8 days. But its taste is uniquely gauntry-like. Full-bodied beer, never causing headache the next day. To emphasize its individualism, it is served in earthenware pitcher, in the quantity of 3 or 5 dl. The pitchers help keep the drink cool, and they also fit into the feeling of the restaurant. For bigger companies it is served in 2-liter pitchers, so strengthening the feeling of affinity and creating the spirits.
