Our Pálinka

Our pálinkas – as you would expect – are of 50 %, according to old traditions. Not distillations, not alcoholic spirits, they are real pálinkas.

They are – as our ancestors liked them – aromatic, with the flavour of the fruit they are made from, but also tickles your throat. Our ancestors mentioned pálinka as a medicine, as it has, in small quantity, good effect on your stomach. It is a good appetizer, anyway. Our pálinkas are made from forest fruits, collected by hand, that are held on their own desiccated foodstuff, so reaching the suitable aroma and colour.

Pálinka is destillated in copper-kettles, by traditional wooden-heated technology in a small village in the Bakony-hills. Fortunately, we have a long-lasting, good connection with the distillery-owner family. Our guests are satisfied with our pálinka, they always tell us that we sell very good quality.
