Traditionalism in Tihany

Traditionalism in Tihany – Ethnographic collection:

My passion began with my grandmother's old Singer sewing machine, I kept it as a traditional thing, and I haven't been able to stop colleting them ever since. I search for everything in connection with old peasant everyday life, from things used with keeping horses, through household objects to those used with farming.

My collection contains lots of grinders, corn-shellers, goose-stuffer, kitchen utensils, wooden hutch. You can also find armaments from the Great War, such as bayonettes. There are bricks with coats-of-arms, old oven, censer, carriage-lamp, cow-bell, etc.

I think, I would love our ancestors' pace of life, the calm environment, unstressed lifestyles. The things I collect are telling stories for me when I hold them in my hand. I love being among these things, I can feel their positive vibration.
